A special Tornado 5 for one of our regular customers. Anand has huge hands and so we have made perhaps the largest cork grip that is feasible to make! Also this rod has a removable extension butt, that we fit on special request. And alignment dots!
This rod was really built for fishing and accuracy. Several competitors used it at the WCs for 5WT Accuracy. But it’s not just an accuracy rod since it’s also the rod that Nick used to set the recent British 5WT distance record of 139’ 🙂
So arguably it’s just an all-round fantastic 5WT.
