So this month we have a new Sexyloops front (and back) end coming. A website for the Sungai Tiang Experience. Lots of rod builds from the past six months. Fish (hopefully), more fish and yet even more fish (big ones). We have the all-exciting new Sexyloops Hats (after I’ve worked out shipping costs) which will catch you bigger fish - guaranteed. And I’ll be uploading flycasting videos for the video manual again. I can hardly contain my excitement. But first…
Let’s talk about the Board!
The Sexyloops Board has been instrumental in advancing flycasting knowledge, understanding and confusion over the past 25 years. And most of us are still alive, me included. If you read Sexyloops you really should be on the Board and interacting. We welcome questions. Particularly on subjects that we have already covered, and so can answer with a degree of certainty. Left to our own devices we go into more esoteric subjects, that none of us truly understand, despite what we might write, or think, or appear to do so.
It really would be crazy not to take advantage of this. We are really very welcoming and right now we need you! Otherwise we are going to discuss moment of inertia of fly rods backwards, forwards (same thing – probably) and inside out. We are going to discuss this anyway, and I am very excited to do so, but equally we should also be discussing the best flies for sedge pupa fishing (Invicta), how to fix my leaky waders (Aquasure), why are my knots crap (wrong knots) and the best way to hide my new fly rod purchases from my partner down my trouser legs (buy longer trousers).

Today I have a professional swimming lesson. I’m going to learn to swim with Snakehead and take them on in their environment. They had better watch out. Underwater Flyfishing — it’s been done before. It didn’t work last time and it probably won’t work this time. The only question is, if I become the hunted does this mean that I’m bait fishing?
