Well, It is still January. January is easily the longest month of year. Shortest are August and July, May is the third one. That might sound a weird statement as all of them have 31 days. Every day has 24 hours and every hour 60 minutes and so on. Still it is fact.
Maybe it is because after Christmas and New Year holidays we all get reality checked. No more day offs and sleeping, relaxed time with family, just work and everyday life.
I'm sure it is not that. If it would come from that I wouldn't feel January to be never-ending month every year. As we don't have any break or holiday during Christmas. That time is one of the busiest time to work and make your holiday great.
I'm 100% sure that this January thing comes from no fishing, no casting theme. We still have - 20 celsius or below weather. After work time goes to heating fireplaces at home to keep somehow decent temperature inside.
It might be that every day has 24 hours and every hour has 60 minutes. Time just runs different speed in some months and situations. And because time will be exact, it has to be balanced now and then. That is the only reasonable explanation.
Like you are waiting for something to come at home and 5 minutes feels like an hour. Then you are having good time and time just flies. My final proof for this theory is here:
You go fishing or casting, especially fishing yet will happen during casting practise also. You think that you have been fishing 30 minutes and you wonder why you start to be thirsty and hungry, you check time and you have been fishing 3 hours or even 6 hours.
Time just flies. It is not just a phrase it is fact that can't be denied. July and August are months when time flies, June is kind of in between. January is with May definitely to balance your hours. Why May is in this? It is month when you are waiting for the fishing season officially opening in June.
So that's the unknown fact that your government doesn't want you to know. It has been hidden from you on Area 51 or whatever secret office you have. Or why you think that holiday season is June-August and you are working thru January....... My point verified 100%!
