Last week was a blast in regard of catching pike!
Well, it's midnight right now. For sure I need to go sleeping in order to be in perfect shape for our next fly fishing day starting at 7 am.
Last week? Was one hell of a great time including many fine catches. You may have a look at some of the pictures of last week below. We landed around 200 pike during the past seven days. A fair number was over 1 meter in length. Having said so, some other anglers may never like us again, since we pretty much seemed to be the only ones catching many pike.
Today it was an outstanding day for me. At the beginning it took me an hour to find out what strategy would work best and during that none of my clients landed a single pike. After I found the key and helped everyone to change his strategy, we landed over 40 fine pike. 3 pike being hooked up clearly were over 1m. 2 of them got lost (before landing) though.
