Only a day to go until the start of the Game Fair casting comps in Hatfield House, Herts. The BFCC will be running #7, ST27 and 55g Salmon overhead events plus 15ft single Spey. All tackle will be provided, though you can bring your own 15ft (max) outfit for the Spey Championship.
We’re running Daily competitions for amateurs on the Friday and Saturday with lots of great prizes donated from sponsors, such as Barrio, Snowbee, Sportfish, etc.
We’re also running a Championship in these events throughout the weekend with the Final on Sunday afternoon with trophies to win for first place! Let’s hope we have a dry weekend and if you fancy going to the Game Fair then come and find us on the river bank and have a go.
No doubt we’ll be casting to well into the evening with a few drinks, hopefully none of us will fall off the pontoon, apparently the water’s quite deep!
