Besides having brilliant weather changes all week long, it was hard to find some proper Sea trout. We caught several smaller ones, but few good ones yet.
Mostly we saw lots of seals and dolphins, who are both killing Sea trout, which most probably are the causes for the decrease of Sea trout in this area. In addition Denmark has a lot of cormorants entering the rivers where the small Sea trout grow up. In summary the Baltic sea in some parts is suffering significant decrases in Sea trout stock as well as for the stocks of other species of fish.
So it's hard work these days to catch a proper Sea trout!
In fact we are one our way into the ocean again right now and I am pretty busy finding some more fish. ;)
So this has to be a short page!
Hopefully you are enjoying nature as much as we do this week.
Great week to all of you!
All my best
