The Sexyloops Thunderbolt Line V1 taper wasn't designed by me. This taper is the same as the original TCR taper., which Jerry Siem designed many years ago. This is a long head with a very long rear taper. The only adjustment we have made is to stiffen up the coating, making it semi-tropical. This makes the line shoot better. The line conforms absolutely to AFFTA standard (which is rather unusual nowadays!) and is one of tapers that Paul uses for rod design. It is a fly fishing line, but you have to be a good caster to reach its true potential - you have come to the right place!
