Two years in development and testing, this is the latest rod in the HT lineup, a fast tip action 10WT with the HT action, throwing wickedly tight loops when required, deep loading for distance feel and unparralleled rod tip recovery. Light in the tip, low swingweight balance point, this rod is like no other 10WT. This is the rod you want for fishing the SW flats or even for throwing large pike flies. Lots of great feel, fast, it really is a machine. Fitted with Torzite Titaniums as standard (we can fit other rings upon request).

The development of this rod has taken me to Australia and Malaysia where 10WT rods are for me the go-to fishing tools. I was particularly looking to develop a fast rod but one that offered flex in the butt section for more comfortable casting. The Torzite Titaniums rings are super slick, incredibly light and bullet proof. The rod tip recovery is the best on the market. This is how 10WT rods should perform; fast, powerful, plenty of progressive feel and perfect tip damping. It also makes a very good competition 5WT!
