The top knife - a Buck foldingknife model 112, has a locking blade of 75mm, which makes it illegal, unless you are using it for work, hunting, fishing or another "acknowledged purpose", as the law says!

The bottom one - a classic Swiss Army Knife has a blade length of 68mm and the blades doesn't lock, so it's legal to carry!

Is one less dangerous than the other???
