On the Board in the recent thread about flytying, Dave asked for the fly I use in coloured water, and I do remember promising the picture, so here it is :-)
The Dressing: Hook: Partridge Salar size 2-7. Thread: White UNI 8/0. Body: Silver Mylar with Pearl Mylar over. Ribbing: Lagartun Medium Oval Silver. Hackle: Orange cock. Wing: White Artic Fox, two bunches, short one underneath, longer one on top with Pearl Mirrorflash. Head: White (thread).
If the hook looks a little bent out of shape, it's because of this, which was caught on the fly in the picture :-)
