This 'double exposure' is one photo layered on top of another. The base image is actually a map depicting Spain and her rivers and (presumably) recommended flies and the top layer is of a man fishing. It is either Paul or Carlos of the CNL.
The original map seems to be on parchment.
Hence the title.
