The Spangled Emperor, or Northwest Snapper, is one of the many reef fish you get on the Western Australia coast in between bonefish. You'll catch more spanglies than you will bones, but they are great fly rod fish. They like clousers, look great, and pull like trucks. What more could you ask from a fish?
