Winter fishing. Love it or hate it, it has become more common in areas where the rivers are open year round. Occasionally you draw a great hand and find balmy conditions, but you'd better be prepared for bitter cold, stinging wind, ice in the guides, and fish whos summer agression has been dulled by the same cold that is freezing your fingers and toes.
