This time of year I am hosting our fly fishing trips for pike in Germany. Best time of year and we indeed had an excellent time so far!
Yesterday we were fishing all day long until darkness. Then I was teaching fly tying and lecturing about tactics for catching pike until midnight. So there wasn't any room left, but to fell happily sleeping for some hours! ;)
Right now it's 7 am and I am up and about to start fishing again!
Fair to say last week was great: Everyone caught pike yet! Some first fish on fly rod included! Lot's of passion to be shared.
Ok, this is going to be a pretty short fp though and I really have to run now!
