This is the most extreme version utilising a vertical (or close to vertical) backcast.<\/p>\n<p>The cast becomes easier the further back\/away from the vertical your backcast is directed. However it is actually possible to throw the upcast slightly forwards from the vertical and still make this cast work.<\/p>\n<p>It is <em>not<\/em> a distance cast! It is a Get-out-of-Jail Cast.
