To begin with a nice easy way to learn to shoot line as the loop is unrolling, is to trap the line under your index (trigger!) finger. This, it is hoped, is to prevent you from slipping or shooting line at the wrong moment, i.e. during the Casting Stroke, which at worst will cause a catastrophic failure!
So the trick, when you first learn to shoot line into an unrolling loop, is to make sure that you only release line after the Stop!
