Pretty much what is says on the box with a couple of tips:
- With a cross-shoulder delivery I like to twist the hand so that the palm is facing forwards on the rod – like you were throwing a tennis ball. This works for me, you will need to experiment to see what works for you.
- When setting up the D-loop a fault is to sweep the rod tip in behind the shoulder, you need to pay attention that the D-loop, anchor and rod tip are all aligned to target.
