I'm on FP duty today, since since Mr T and the Gov are having some sort of management meeting, which no doubt involves making copious amounts of single malt disappear (I've been to these meetings before).

And the big news this week, is that it appears I'm going to own a Park!!! I know, you were probably expecting it, you were probably thinking, "Yes one day Paul will own a park." But it's come as a bit of a surprise to me. When I trademarked Sexyloops ten years ago, we did rods, teaching, reels, lines, flies and even movies and underwear! But "Park" never came up.

You see the laws changed in May that others, not just Hungarians, can legally own agricultural land in Hungary - which is great, because this is where I live! Unfortunately only up to one hectare (ie 10,000 sq m). And I'm already up to about 1.5 hectares. So we're going to turn some of it into a park - and this will allow me to continue on with my expansion campaign into Croatia and Austria.

As you may know, because I've mentioned it before, Latohegy used to produce much wine in the days before Communism (which was exported to France - this is a new tit bit of information that I've only just learned). It has an excellent climate: hot, dry (although ironically it's raining as I type this) and I've always fancied having a small vineyard to go with the fishing and casting school I'm building. Hence the land - that and we just need somewhere convenient to cast!

I have a very busy two months lined up, preparing the guest cabins for the September Meet and we start work on this on Friday. Exciting times - but all rather hectic! It's not just raining by the way, it's a huge electric storm. This is one of my favourite times - watching electric storms roll in from Croatia... Anyway, back to answering my emails!!!
