It's been a pretty awesome time here in Exmouth, I'm glad I stopped by. Here is last week's SLTV9 which I uploaded mid-week. Yesterday I caught a Mahi Mahi (Dolphin fish), sight-fishing the other side of the reef. That was pretty fantastic I have to say. Nice end to a trip here. Soon it's back to the other coast via Melbourne, then England to get my finances back in order! Then who knows; I'm semi-directionless at the moment. But NZ in November for sure. So anyway, in the meantime this is it. Next weekend in Melbourne and Aberdeen we have the Great Aussie-Scotland Sexyloops Shootouts. There'll be some amazing casting, flytying, talks, workshops, and it's going to be fantastic. There's a TCX10 weight up for grabs in the shootouts (one in each location) plus a bunch of lines from RIO and Barrio. Both locations are going to be cold, especially Melbourne FFS, where I'll be wearing every item of clothing I own. Including both pairs of socks. If you're attending Melbourne and have a spare fleece or two then please bring them along. Thanks! On the Saturday evening I'm going to give the great Sexyloops Around the World talk, which has never been done before. So that's sure to be exciting. All in all it should be a wonderful weekend in both locations and I'm expecting the TCX to be hard-fought over. Ronan's busy in the Blog again fishing Ireland trying to be the Early Bird - and I know how hard he finds those early morning starts! Have a great week all. Cheers,
