The world's best flyfishing site.

This is a 6 pound seatrout that took the fly on one late, cold evening in early February. We were heading home and I decided for those famous last 120 casts :-), over an interesting spot.

It took a broen palmer on a long cast, and when I hooked it my mate asked if it was a good fish, and I said no - small one. And then, as described on the FP, about 10 yards from the P.F.D., it didn't go any further.

As you can see, I got it in the net - no big deal, and it turned out some what bigger than I thought :-).
