Hook: Size 12 grub hook (Kamasan B110 here)
Thread: 3/0 Uni Glo Thread, or white thread
Tail: Uni Foxfire yarn
Body: A strip cut from luminous sheet
Wing: Black marabou

If you happen to make one and use the Uni Glo Thread, you'll probably want to superglue the head, as the Glo Thread isn't super robust.
