Bosnia and Latohead Meet

October 4th, 2010 No comments

Here are some shots from the last week. Mark, Trev and I fished the Ribnik together for three days of exciting grayling action – well to be honest the first day was challenging, we felt we nailed them well on the second day and very little happened on the third day. The animal in question which is very obviously feeding in one of the photos was carefully imitated by the three of us.

The weekend saw a bunch of us casting at Latohegy for the SL Meet. We played the Danish Games and had a Shootout, along with demonstrations, wine tasting and fun.

Photos from me (the random and generally focus-free ones) as well as from both Trev and Zsofia. Thanks!

The Marc Machine

That’s right boys and girls, it wasn’t a swimming pool, nuclear bunker, snake pit or cellar for the Sexyloops Pompom team. It was in fact a cellar for the Marc Machine…

No pics of fish this time, but next week should see MANY!

Asping! The hunt continues…

July 5th, 2010 No comments

Peter actually caught an asp this week (and shot a pig)

, but it was a small one. There are big ones around and we have them marked.

I’ve taken off the blog comments – too much attempted spam. So if you have any comments to make please do so on the Board!

Pics from this week.

Cheers, Paul

Some photos from the past week. The terrace and maybe even the Casting Platform go up this week!

Apparently the orange trees adjacent to our land were planted by the Duke when he lost Latohegy in a card game and form the boundary. Let that be a lesson to you!
