Ronan's report

It's true: I won the accuracy competition at the BFCC, but this doesn't mean that I have a feminine side; I just got lucky with machine-gunning it. Also picked up the 5 and 7 weight distance wins, but not the 9 weight where Tomo nailed it! It's that bloody beard man.

It was great to catch up with Mike (both of them - and no my eyebrows are not anything like as long as your's dude), Roger, Steve, Trev, Lee and of course Mark Stoats. Also great to meet James for the first time as well as the others. Here are the results.

I have a busy week lined up, but there's time for some lessons, so if you're keen on learning how to cast better then drop me an email. Taking my dentist fishing today, busy Wednesday and then free all week. OK so I'm not rushed off my feet exactly.

The Board is a bit quieter at the moment and we need you! As you'll know if you're a regular reader, the SL Board is the only one of its kind in the world. We have engineers who have a better understanding of FC physics than anyone else on the Globe, but can't agree! :)) Also many of the world's best instructors, anglers and guides. Basically it's very exciting. And we welcome new members to our fold. You don't have to be a great caster, or a physicist, you only have to join!
